Roast: Medium/Dark

A great blend of coffee from Kenya, Tanzania, and Ethiopia.   The beans were selected for this roast based on their quality to hold their flavors during a longer roasting to only release them during extraction for your brew.  Beans were selected from the harvests of Farm Districts in three African Nations, each with their own cultivation and processing traditions.  

For Espresso machines use a fine espresso grind and a strong tamp in your portafilter to produce a strong puck.  You will be amazed at the flavor and tones, and the crema resting on top of your espresso will also delight you.  Be sure to watch your bar pressure, as this blend can get over-extracted with far too much pressure.  

Drip Brew - This will be one of those blends that you come back to again and again.  With a medium-coarse grind in the coffee pot, you will be able to taste every bit of the crafting that went into roasting these beans.  The brew produced will not be too oily, and there will be very little overpowering sweetness.  Not to worry, though, these beans also do not present a rough burnt wooden flavor either. If you are looking for a strong dark roast, this is where you will find it!
